Even though we did not have a regular scheduled meeting this week we had a lot going on.
Starting off was volunteering at the Food Bank on May 7th. Not in the picture was our Chesa Keane. Why, because she took the picture.

On May 12th was Midtown's fund raiser at the Nugget.  As usual there was plenty of talent and the event was well attended by many Rotarians and friends.

On May 13th our 5190 Convention started at the Atlantis.  Many in our Club attended the lunch and enjoyed seeing many members from other Clubs which some of them we only get to see once a year.

Past President Chip Lindloff presented Polio Plus with a check in the amount of $4530.13 from the Rotaract Club of Reno.

Mark and Jo Leiser represented our Club in the House of Friendship. They were selling their wonderful home made candy and donating the proceeds to Polio Plus.  I didn't get the dollar number, what a couple and great Rotarians.
Our Club received an award for Youth Services.  The convention was loads of fun, great food, great presentations and education.

The rest are a few pictures of our group enjoying the convention.
