RCS steps up for the win, but what is that on Mark's
District 5190 Annual Conference "RALLYE" concluded on Sunday morning, May 2. The RALLYE 2021 Team is held a Registration Competition based on percent members registering by Noon on April 30th. RCS WON for the the highest percentage of registrations for the clubs in Area 8!Great picture of President Mark with the prize (a king's crown)!
