The RCS holiday party, held on December 10, was a truly international affair, with food from Germany and music from Hawaii and the Czech Republic.
RCS members and their families gathered for our annual holiday celebration at Bavarian World, Reno's premiere German restaurant, where we dined on excellent German cuisine. Entertainment was provided by Rhoda Thalman, who brought holiday music with a Hawaiian flair. After dinner, members David & Claire Zybert conducted the gift exchange, which is always good for a laugh.
One of the high points of the evening was when our RYE student from the Czech Republic, Deny, entertained us with the Czech version of Jingle Bells. That video is below.
