Wreaths for Veterans by Past President Ken Petring
This year our members stepped up to buy wreaths to be placed on the graves of veterans at the Northern Nevada Veteran's Cemetery in Fernley. The Veteran's Coalition were on a three for two program which means that for every two wreaths, we get an extra one which helps them cover the entire cemetery with wreaths. We purchased 26 wreaths which will be matched 2:1 so a total of 39 wreaths will be made available for placement.
This year we will be able to attend in person. The date is December 18. Contact Ken for details.
